Product Highlights
The DI-195B starter kit is a low-cost, two-channel data
acquisition starter kit with one important distinction;
it features signal conditioned inputs. It offers 12-bit
measurement accuracy, a ±5V analog measurement
range, up to 240 samples/second throughput, and a convenient
serial port interface. Best of all, the signal conditioned
inputs allow you to connect to virtually any industrial
signal (i.e., VDC, VAC, thermocouple, RTD, frequency,
current, potentiometer, strain, etc.) with 600 volt input-to-output
islolation.
Our DI-195B starter kit provides a taste of the exceptional
power and speed possible with WinDaq software. A free
disk demonstrates WinDaq Waveform Browser, our playback
and analysis software (just call and ask), but to get
a hands-on illustration of the data recording and display
capabilities of WinDaq/Lite with signal conditioned inputs,
you need the DI-195B starter kit. When connected to your
PCs serial port, the DI-195B starter kit allows you to
record, display, and analyze data using your own signals.
The DI-195B starter kit consists of a two-channel, 3¾
× 6½ inch A/D module and a serial communications
cable, enabling you to connect to the serial port of any
PC. The module features two, signal-conditioned, differential,
bipolar analog inputs (screw terminal access, maximum
measurement range ±5 volts). The kit ships with
WinDaq/Lite recording software and WinDaq Waveform Browser
playback and analysis software. Data acquisition rates
up to 240 samples per second are supported at 12-bits
of resolution with WinDaq/Lite software.
AC Power Adapter
The DI-195B derives its power from the included wall outlet-type
adapter. Plug it into any 120 volt, 60 Hz AC source.
WinDaq Software Included
The DI-195B starter kit includes WinDaq/Lite recording
software and WinDaq Waveform Browser playback and analysis
software (requires Windows 2000 or higher).
