Instrumentation endeavour to help as much as possible with the
emphasis on solving the problem. We may not always know the
answer straight away but we normally solve any outstanding problems
in very short order with communication with the customer at
all times.
If you feel that you would prefer us to solve the problem in
person then this also can be arranged although this will sometimes
incur a small cost depending on the nature of the problem.
